Terrorism has been great for the oil industry. As a side effect of terrorism, there is a new Unocal pipeline through Afghanistan and America will soon control Iraq which has $10 trillion in oil reserves, second only to Saudi Arabia. Terrorism has also done booming business for the defense industry as well.
They see the risks are high, the risk of being able to find a job or the risk of keeping the homeland secure.

Bush supports legislation to protect doctors from medical malpractice lawsuits. He meant to say good medical malpractice legislation, not good medical malpractice.
