XPS
An XML-based format for formatted documents that is both human-readable and multi-platform. It tackles the same problem domain as RTF (Rich Text Format). XPS (XML Paper Specification) documents are internally zipped even though they don’t have the *.zip extension. A viewer comes bundled with Vista. Modern MS utilities can export XPS.
