RDRAM
RDRAM (Rambus Dynamic Random Access Memory) is ultra high speed memory. Technically RAMBUS memory can be accessed at 500 MHz effective rate. It does this by using a 250 MHz clock and transferring data on both the rising and falling edge of the clock. It is now obsolete.
