A computer intermediate between a notebook and a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) that about half the size of a notbook with flip out screen and keyboard, but that is only useful to check email and browse the web. Intel is targeting its Atom processor for this market. It looks like a pint sized notebook computer. It communicates wirelessly, much like a cell phone.
