Star Team
A GUI-based version control and bug tracking program similar to CVS (Concurrent Versions System). It optionally sits atop a PVCS (Polytron Version Control System) repository. With the PVCS repository, only one programmer at a time can check out a module for update. With the Star Team repository, it works either like PVCS with single-programmer locked updating, or like CVS with merged unlocked updates. Borland bought it out from Starbase.
