Animated characters for your website that speak scripts you give to them in a reasonably lifelike way. It is service that starts at $10.00 USD a month. They provide the server. You embed a

Flash link. It speaks either via text-to-speech, or using pre-recorded mp3s. I did not see anything about how you set up dynamically generated content, but presumably that is possible too, because even in this demo you can type in anything you want.
