now called Illustrated Characters, animated characters for your website that speak scripts you give to them in a reasonably lifelike way. It is service that starts at  $10.00 USD a month. They provide the server. You embed a Flash logo  Flash link. It speaks either via text-to-speech, or using pre-recorded mp3s. I did not see anything about how you set up dynamically generated content, but presumably that is possible too, because even in this demo you can type in anything you want. You can, to some extent, compose the appearance your own animated lip-synching characters with an identi-kit choose-the-hair, dress your cut-out-doll thing.Click view Source in your browser to see the object-embed HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) to trigger the demo.
