GeoCodec
A company that maintained street maps with latitudes and longitudes. They had software that lets you feed in an international street address and get back a latitude/longitude. They also had software to provide routes between any two addresses. This could be used in conjuction with GPS (Global Positioning System). It could also be used to locate customers geographically by region.
