Sofware for managing an on-ine forum. Opera Forums use it. I am extremely impressed. I have seen nothing nicer from the end user point of view. I have no idea what it is like for the system administrator.

You can lease it for $85.00 USD a year. It in written in PHP and requires a webserver that supports PHP and MySQL.
