Cedrick Colloms’s extremely useful Windows utility for unlocking files so you can delete or rename them. It helps you get rid of DLLs. Sometimes it can break the lock and do the delete or rename right away, sometimes it has to schedule it for the text reboot. It appears as an option when you right click while exploring files. It does not work on Windows 7 64-bit. The author says he is working on a 64-bit version.
When upgrading, uninstall the old version first, or, ironically, it will get stuck replacing the main DLL (Dynamic Link Library).
It rudely installs an unrelated eBay icon on your desktop and task bar if you are not careful. It is easy to delete, but the cheek still annoys me.
