If you see a paragraph marked like this with a raspberry icon, it means this is something I heap scorn on for gross incompetence. It is a visual pun for blowing a raspberry. See the movie Bedazzled, with Peter Cook, Dudely Moore and Racquel Welch where Stanley had to blow a raspberry to indicate he had had enough hell.
