aka listserve. A way of managing bulk email lists. You run a listserve management program on your webserver. People can send it emails to put themselves on or take themselves off the bulk mailing list. When you don’t have a server, or don’t want people to be able to put themselves on or off the list, you might want to use my simpler, cheaper bulk emailer instead which can run on any computer, not just a dedicated server.
