JavaPVM
JavaPVM is an interface written using the Java native method capability which allows Java applications to use the Parallel Virtual Machine (PVM (Parallel Virtual Machine) ) software package for implementation of parallel programs and inter-process communication among networks of heterogeneous, single- and multi-processor workstations. Together, PVM and JavaPVM support inter-process communication among Java, C, C++ and FØRTRAN programs. It has not had an update in two years and the inforamtion about it is disappearing.
