ICRA
ICRA (Internet Content Rating Association), née RSAC (Recreational Software Advisory Council) now defunct. It used to manege the now obsolete PICS (Platform for Internet Content Selection) Internet content rating scheme. It was been replaced by a single labels.rdf file in the root, but they have withdrawn their tools for creating it.

You may label your site for free, but if you want your labels registered in the ICRA database, and your site labels verified, it costs $35.00 USD . You must have W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) verified web pages to qualify for validation.
