EULA : Java Glossary

EULA
EULA (End User Licence Agreement). This is the legalese that comes with software. By clicking or opening a shrinkwrap box, the theory is you have supposedly agreed to whatever the fine print said. Likely these agreements are unenforceable. This does not mean you are free to steal. One of the common terms of such agreements is that you are not allowed to make more than one or two backups. To comply with this ridiculous request you would have to destroy all your archival disk image backups on CD (Compact Disk). I say "scroom".
