NorthConcepts.com’s ETL (Extraction, Transformation & Loading) library provides Java applications with ETL functionality without depending on a DBMS (DataBase Management System). Applications can read, write, and convert data using the built-in formats (CSV (Comma Separated Value), MS Excel, JDBC (Java Data Base Connectivity), etc.) or extend the framework to handle new formats. Applications can also transform data by applying a series of built-in and programmer-defined operations (sorting, filtering, lookups, etc.) to the stream.
