Muse: A brand name for alprostadil, a treatment for impotence and premature ejaculation. You pee then you insert a pellet about 4 cm (1.57 in) into the urethra using a special applicator. The pellet dissolves in the residual urine and goes into the bloodstream. They contain the same medication as prostaglandin injections. You are only supposed to use them 3 times a week, though they are quite safe since they are a natural hormone and have been in widespread use for many years.
