Here is an email I received in response to one of my essays.

you have got to be the dumbest fucker alive in this whole entire universe. The fact that you bust on your own govt. doesn’t get to me at all! Even though if I felt the same way as you do about I wouldn’t make some cry baby ass website I’d fuck’n move DUH!!!!! No, but it’s the fact that you bust on the same people who fight for you whether they like it or not. Youre a fuckin communist homosexual commiting the same crimes every red blooded american is commiting against Iraq. What do you think because you got some faggot pro-terrorism website youre special? I would modify that definition slightly. I don’t think nuts who act completely on their own should count as terrorists. I think they need to be associated with an organisation to count as terrorists.

You have it backwards. I am opposed to killing any civilians, (including American or Iraqi). You are in favour of killing Iraqi civilians. That makes you, not me pro-terrorism.

For my part, I created this website partly to spread information about the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan and Israel, complete with sources. For your part, you fired off one addled email rant where you didn’t even make clear what it was you disagreed with. I fail to see how your action is more admirable than mine. Millions of people have websites. You don’t have to be special in any way to create a website. If you check your IAP agreement, there is one probably already included in your monthly Internet access bill. Creating a website is one of the most polite possible ways to express your ideas. Nobody forced you to come to my website or to read any of it.

Further, what has my sexual preference got to do with the war in Iraq? The war is either right or wrong completely independent of the type of sexual plumbing some obscure guy in Canada, namely me, prefers.

I have not killed or wounded anyone. American soldiers have killed hundreds of thousands of civilians who were zero threat to the USA. What is my crime in condemning this pointless slaughter?
