RESIZE 1.4 grows or shrinks a file
RESIZE C:\MySub\MyFile.Ext  2147483647
Uses for RESIZE:
1.  Shortening files.
2.  Lengthening files.
3.  preallocating space to save the time you would otherwise
    spend allocating disk space as you write records.
This program may be freely copied and used for any purpose
except military.  MASM/OPTAsm source included.
Version 1.4 warns you about the 2 gig file size limit.

WARNING! RESIZE only works with 8.3 filenames.
