NOPRINT 1.3 TSR to disables all attempts to print.
Prevents programs from hanging up when they try to print when
there is no printer.  Intercepts BIOS print and throws away all
output.  Disables all printers not just LPT1:.  May be freely
distributed for any purpose except military.  MASM/OPTAsm source
included.  Version 1.3 just embeds the new address and phone
