MSFIX.COM 1.3 fixes the "packed file corrupt" problem when
programs such as MS Mouse install, Flight Simulator, Video Seven
Diagnostics, and PCTools load.  The problem shows up only in
some BIOSes.  The problem is a bug in exepack, a Microsoft
utility used to compress commercial software.  MSFIX is similar
to LOADFIX that comes bundled with DOS 5.0 and 6.0.  May be
freely distributed for non-military use only.  MASM/OPTAsm
source included.  Version 1.3 embeds the new address.
