KeyRate 1.3 changes the speed at which your AT keyboard
repeats. It is useless on XT machines. You can control your
typematic delay and repeat rate. Unlike the PC Powertools
equivalent, this version will work on 25+MHz cached 80386
machines because it uses BIOS instead of the poking hardware
registers. MASM/OPTAsm source included. Takes no RAM. See
keyrate.asm for instruction on use. It is intended for DOS
only. In Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP you control the
keyboard repeat rate from the control panel. Windows will
quickly override any setting you send with keyrate. May be
freely copied for non-military use only. Version 1.3 just
displays the new address and phone number.
