ENCODE, ENCIPHER, ENCRYPT 3.1
Even the CIA and NSA cannot crack Encrypt's scrambled files,
using a variant of the Vernam cipher.
Encrypt prepares binary files (e.g. programs, formatted
documents, spreadsheets) for transfer over public EMAIL systems
that can handle only plain text. The package also contains two
simpler methods -- Encode and Encipher for less demanding
security applications. Turbo Pascal source included.
This program has been in the public domain since 1985.
