XPATH
A W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) language for processing XML (extensible Markup Language). It lets you select just the nodes you want. It understands boolean, double and String values. Java supports it with the javax.xml.xpath package. It could be compared to an SQL (Standard Query Language) query language for XML.
