Jira

Atlassian’s Java program that runs in an EE (Enterprise Edition) servlet womb that provides a glorified to-do list for a software project. You track how complete various activities are. You track bug status. The various people working on the project access Jira with a web browser.

The biggest hurdle to learning Jira is to learn the specific vocabular.
