Was a service for sharing files with confederates. Basically you upload to the website and others download. You use special software that only downloads the parts of files that have changed. The downloads are resumable. The scheme can handle any format of file or any size of file. Every user automatically maintains a mirror of the common files. Similar to the Replicator and rsync.
