|recommend electronic⇒Philips/Sonicare HX9352/04 DiamondClean Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush, Black|
This is the top of the line Sonicare model. It comes in both white and black versions. I have never used one. The charge reputedly lasts 3 weeks. When you first buy it, it gradually increases the intensity with each use. It comes with two chargers. One looks like a bathroom glass. One looks like a eye glasses case that plugs into a USB port.
It has five modes:
They claim the brush cleans better because of the way it pushes liquid between your teeth. It has a timer to remind you to spend 30 seconds on each quadrant. They claim is removes up to 7 times as much plaque as manual brushing. 31,000 brushstrokes per minute. Each time you brush your teeth with a sonic toothbrush, in terms of number of brushstrokes, it is like brushing your teeth manually thirty times.
There are also intermediate models called the Flexcare, the HealthyWhite, The HealthyWhite Platinum (two units with UV sanitiser), the XTreme, the PowerUp and the EasyClean. Amazon sells this unit under seven different part numbers with seven different prices. They change the prices daily. You have to look around even within Amazon to get the best deal. Their database does not have the correct prices, so I cannot find you the best deal by computer. I have asked Amazon’s CEO twice to fix this. He effectively told me to go fuck myself. They are not changing anything just for the convenience of mere customers. With that attitude, Amazon will not stay on top much longer.
