It Is Not Extreme to Defend One’s Country

Americans call the Taliban extremists. What is extreme about fighting to end an occupation that has dragged on for 14 years and 8 months ? If someone invaded and occupied your country, surely you would feel no compulsion about killing the invaders and the collaborators. Do you consider yourself an extremist?
