He places the blame on eight specific people, including, of course, Stephen Harper. Richler is the son of the famous Canadian novelist Mordechai Richler. He has a literary background and this sometimes makes him approach the problem in a unique way. The Huffington Post has reprinted a number of excerpts from the book.
