ENCODE, ENCIPHER, ENCRYPT 3.1 Even the CIA and NSA cannot crack Encrypt's scrambled files, using a variant of the Vernam cipher. Encrypt prepares binary files (e.g. programs, formatted documents, spreadsheets) for transfer over public EMAIL systems that can handle only plain text.
