The program splits out the state and local taxes so that if you have a business presence in his state, you can tell him the amount he must remit to you (the state part) and the part he must remit voluntarily and directly (the local district part). Tables are complete for the following states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV.
