XTP : Java Glossary

XTP
XTP (XML Template Pages). At first glance it looks like a simplified HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), but it is a type of XML (extensible Markup Language) that can be processed to form JSP (Java Server Pages) pages, which can then be processed to form Java pages, which can then be compiled into Servlets. The pages can contain a mixture of JSP and XSLT (extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations) commands. The extension is usually *.xtp.
