Trojan : Java Glossary

Trojan
A computer program that somehow sneaks it way onto your computer, for example by pretending to be a fun game, or amusement, that once installed does something malicious or annoying. Unlike a virus it cannot spread all on its own. A classic example would be Falcon Spy that purports to be an anti-spyware program but its real purpose is extortion.
