Retroweaver
A tool to let you run Java version 1.5 source code on  Java version 1.4 JVMs (Java Virtual Machines). It ignores the generics and fakes in the enums. It is an opensource SourceForge project. You need to distribute a jar with the missing 1.5 features along with your app.
