JPEG encoder: Software that lets you write out an Image object, encoded as a jpeg image file. The most straight-forward solution is to use Java 1.4.2+ and ImageIO. It is duck simple:
An alternative is to use com.sun.image.codec.jpeg.JPEGImageEncoder.
