JNode
A Java OS (Operating System) that runs on Intel hardware. The nanokernel is written in assembler, but the rest of the OS is written in Java. It has PnP (Plug and Play) for all supported PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) devices and a shell with history and command line completion.
