Downside of Marijuana Laws

Extreme enforcement of anti-marijuana laws has two undesirable effects:

1. It increases the price of pot, which attracts more criminals into the business.
2. It eliminates the amateur growers and leaves the field to hardened, remorseless, criminal gangs.
