Conditional-CSS

Conditional CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) lets you insert tags into your CSS that make different rules apply for different browsers (or more precisely, different rendering engines). It requires installing free server-side code to compose CSS spreadsheets on the fly, custom-tuned for the particular browser it is talking with. The server-side code is available in PHP (Pre-Hypertext Processor), C# and C.

It has not been maintained in recent years. Much of its functionality has been taken over by CSS vendor prefixes.
