The most common thing seniors tell young people is youth is fleeting. You wake up one morning and it is over. Youth seems to take but a few weeks. To young people it is seems it will last forever. So what?

- You only have a short time of being head-swivelling beautiful. Take advantage of it. You will not get another chance later. Stay on top off you weight. Exercise. Ride a bike instead of a car. Avoid toxins. Even if you think you are not good looking enough to bother, you are much better looking than you ever will be later.
- Travel the world. Later your immune system and your bones will not be up to it. Further, you will have too many obligations to get the time off.
- Learn as much as you can from your university education. Later it will be very difficult to afford the money and time to take another run at it. Don’s waste this extremely valuable opportunity.
