fistula
A medical problem erroneously associated with gay anal sex. Little mucus glands in the anus drain into the anus to lubricate it. If they became blocked, like pimples, pus sacs form and eventually break through to the exterior skin and drain. In unfortunate cases, they drain into the interior body cavity. The problem is often chronic.
