How is it possible a terrorist could murder innocent women and children? I have two answers:

• Ask the American soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq how they managed it.
• If someone kills your family, simply killing him might not feel like sufficient revenge. You might want to exterminate him, his family and everyone in his country in whose name he murdered your family.

Many of the American soldiers believe the lie that Afghans and Iraqis attacked on 9/11. That delusion steals them to butcher babies. Some do it out of ordinary psychopathology.
