The major form of killing on this planet is by governments. Governments perpetuating a genocide. Perpetuating the conditions for a civil war. Perpetuating war. It is the politicians, governments and civil servants who are the mass killers in the modern world, not some pathetic, limited, defective jerk who cannot control his temper.
