DDR-SDRAM
DDR-SDRAM (Double Data Rate — Synchronous Dynamic RAM). Also known an SDRAM (Synchronous Dynamic RAM) II, or DDR-2 an enhanced form of SDRAM, that is both higher performance and lower power than standard SDRAM, making it appropriate for the latest portable devices. It is used in the better high end machines.
